The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to build and own the operational backbone of Ylookup as the company scales. This is a foundational role with broad scope and high trust.


You will work closely with the founders to design, implement, and run the core internal processes that allow the company to move quickly without breaking.


As we grow team size, customer count, and enterprise complexity, your work will directly determine how effective and focused the company remains.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own Ylookup’s core operational processes across finance, people operations, internal tooling, and compliance

  • Design scalable systems for hiring, onboarding, and internal operations as the team grows

  • Act as a central point of coordination between founders, engineering, GTM, and external partners

  • Manage vendors, contracts, and internal tools to ensure efficiency and cost discipline

  • Support enterprise customer requirements, including security, compliance, and operational readiness

  • Create clarity and structure where processes do not yet exist, and improve them as the company evolves

  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks before they become problems and proactively resolve them

  • Enable the rest of the team to focus on building and selling by removing operational friction
