Founder’s Associate
The Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders across strategy, execution, and company-building.
This is a high-trust, high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to learn how an enterprise-focused technology company is built from the inside.
You will be involved in the highest-priority initiatives across the business, often operating in ambiguous situations where the problem is not yet fully defined.
The role requires strong judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to move between strategic work and hands-on execution seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities
Own internal projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution
Support fundraising, investor materials, and board-level preparation
Assist with enterprise customer engagements, pilots, and special projects
Conduct market, product, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
Prepare internal documentation, analyses, and presentations
Act as a force multiplier for the founders by removing friction and increasing leverage
Who You Are
Highly analytical and structured
Background in consulting, finance, or startups
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Strong written and verbal communication
Ownership-driven and execution-focused
