GTM Lead
The Role
We are looking for a GTM Lead to build and execute Ylookup’s go-to-market motion from the ground up.
This is Ylookup’s first dedicated GTM hire. You will work directly with the founders to turn early, founder-led sales traction into a repeatable, scalable GTM engine. The role combines hands-on selling, strategic thinking, and company-building.
You will own the full commercial lifecycle early on, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, closes, and expansion. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a senior GTM leadership position as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
Own enterprise sales conversations end-to-end
Convert pilots into long-term customers
Develop positioning and messaging with founders
Build relationships with senior stakeholders at firms
Feed market insight back into product and strategy
Who You Are
2–5 years of professional experience in one or more of:
B2B SaaS sales at an early-stage company
Management consulting with client-facing commercial work
Business development, partnerships, or startup operations with revenue exposure
Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and turning them into structured execution
Credible with senior, conservative buyers
Strong written and verbal communicator
Willing to be hands-on, persistent, and resilient
Experience selling into professional services or finance
